Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.
During product launches or promotions, please allow an additional 1–4 business days for handling.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Shipping: We Ship everything priority mail with delivery expected with 1-3 days of USPS receiving the package.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Troots only ships to addresses within states that allow hemp-derived products.
We are unable to ship to:
- P.O. boxes
- international addresses
We also do not ship to certain restricted states based on local regulations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
Froots is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Froots. We review each request on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility. If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out to our team and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to replace the item or issue store credit when applicable.
Address Errors and Returned Shipments
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete:
- You are responsible for any additional reshipment costs
- Returned packages will be resent once the address is confirmed and new shipping charges are paid
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled as long as they have not entered processing.
To cancel an order, email:
